Machine Shop Services

Manual machining, CNC lathe machining, CNC milling, CNC mill/turn capabilities, part marking, Laser engraving, part coatings (anodizing or zinc phosphating), quality inspection, full CMM inspection and some assembly.

CMM Services

We have 2 CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to qualify and verify machining accuracy. These are critical in meeting todays tight tolerance machining. Our largest Zeiss CMM is in a separately controlled climate room and is capable of measuring to within .000047” (1.2µ). Our shop floor Zeiss CMM is used for daily production runs and is capable of measuring to .00009” (2.4µ).

Quality Control

We are an ISO9001 2015 certified company. Rohmec holds quality in the highest regard. We measure our parts with confidence using equipment that is calibrated annually by a third party and we utilize different methods of measuring to cross check our excellence. You can be assured that the quality is meeting or exceeding drawing requirements.

Zinc Phosphating

Many of our customers require their product to be zinc phosphated. This is a chemical treatment of the part in order to protect threads and to inhibit oxidation. We have 2 separate phosphate lines in order to accommodate the smallest of parts to large bulky parts. Our daily titration (quantitative chemical analysis) ensures your product meets industry standards.
